Who I am ?

My name is David and I was born and raised in France. However, I have called the United States home for over 25 years.

I am also a cook that either cooks without recipes or modifies them...(for those who wonder, I don't read direction manuals either!). So many recipes are my own creations and I had to take careful notes so that you could recreate them in your own kitchen.
